This project used the overall coordination, ecological livable, health and leisure for the design concept to design 9 residential groups and 3 commercial districts. According to the terrain, this project create a relax and livable environment. This project arranged residential to close with the rare river natural resources. Combined the walking system with each landscape nodes, forming a complete landscape system.

The design of residential integrated with different consumption level needs, the characteristics of the Guangdong region and the future development. Divided into two types of high-rise apartments and low level housing. The high-rise apartments had 19-28 layer, interspersed around the level of scattered in space, and enriched the skyline and the residential landscape. Most of the apartment layout was 90 square meters and also with some large units. Low layer was design the double units of residential which was more than200 square meters to make it comfortable and practicality.
