HDD has established an employment insurance program under the Social Insurance Law to ensure effective implementation of the firm’s insurance and welfare plan and to protect the rights and interests of HDD employees.

The firm pays into five mandatory insurance schemes (pension fund, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, and maternity insurance) as well as a housing fund for each worker after employment, and pays social insurance benefits that should be borne by the firm according to the law.
